• Assessment report detailing current concerns and planned intervention
• Therapeutic intervention
• Periodic progress reports (as and when required)
• Final summary report including individual outcomes and feedback.
Confidentiality. In order for a child or young person to feel safe enough to share very private thoughts and emotional feelings a level of confidentiality is required. This confidentiality and its limits are discussed with the child at the beginning of therapy. However the child or young person is informed that there may be occasion when it is important to pass information on. For instance if child protection or safe guarding issues are disclosed.
